Monday-Thursday: 5:15 AM, 6:15 AM, 11:45 AM, 4:15 PM, 5:15 PM, 6:15 PM

Friday: 5 PM-7 PM Open Gym/Barbell Club

Saturday: 9 AM-10 AM Free open WOD for members, drop-ins and guests

10 AM-11 AM Members WOD and Barbell Club

All workout sessions run 1 hour long except for Friday Open Gym which lasts 2 hours.
