30-20-10 Thrusters (95/65)

15-10-5 Burpees Over The Bar
*Scale as needed

*Reps go as follows :

100 DU’s/30 Thrusters/15 Burpees then 75 DU’s/20 Thrusters/10 Burpees and so on…
