Russian Kicks

Duck Walk

Walking Lunges

Arm Swings

Metcon (Time)

“Half Murph”

(Teams of 2)

800 m run

50 Pull Ups

100 Push Ups

150 Air Squats

800 m run
*runs will be together and weighted with a 20 or 14 pound medball. Can be passed anytime.

*movements can be broken up as needed with one working at a time
