Warm-up (No Measure)

200 M Run

4 Min Tabata

Push Ups

Metcon (No Measure)

“Triple Trouble”

15 Min AMRAP

3 Min Burpees (goal is 50 Burpees)

3 Min Sit Ups (goal is 75 Sit ups)

3 Min DU’s (goal is 100 or 200 singles)

3 Min Deadlifts 135/95 (goal is 50)

3 Min Plank Hold (goal is 3 minutes duh)
*once you reach goal you can rest before next movement. Let’s say you get 50 Burpees in 2:20 sec then you can rest for remaining time until next 3 minutes start
