Warm-up (No Measure)

50 med ball sit ups

40 russian twists

30 knee raises

20 supermans

10 burpees

Metcon (Time)

50 push ups for time(chest to ground)

*25 du’s everytime you break

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds)

“Bergeron Beep Test”

On The Minute for as Long as Possible:

7 Thrusters (75/55)

7 Pull-Ups

7 Burpees

*you must complete a minimum of 10 minutes. If you cannot before 10 min mark then take a rep off of each movement until you can complete all reps within that minute.
