(Teams of 2)

1 Muscle Up

2 Ground to Overhead (95/65)


*Once each team completes 6 Rounds the Weight Increases to (135/95) (155/115) (185/135) (225/155)

*One athlete working at a time

*Athlete must complete full round before tagging

*ground to overhead can be snatch or clean and jerk.

*muscle up can be bar muscle up or ring. Scaled is ring dip
