(Teams of 2)

15 DU’s

2 Ground to Overhead (75/45)

*bar must be controlled to the ground on each rep or it does not count

3 Front Squats (same weight as g2o)

*Once each team completes 6 Rounds the Weight Increases to (105/65) (135/95) (155/115) (185/135) (225/155)
*One athlete working at a time

*Athlete must complete full round before tagging

*ground to overhead can be clean and Jerk or snatch

*DU’s will be an RX only movement
