“Weak Link”

Guns Out CrossFit – CrossFit

Warmup (No Measure)

3 Rounds

200 M Run

5 Tire Flips

Mobility (No Measure)

20 Good Mornings (pvc)

1 min hang with supinated grip (from rig)

1 min squat hold

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

Teams of three:

AMRAP 15 minutes

1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8- and so forth

Setup 3 stations:

Wall Ball (20/14)

T2B (knee raises for scaled)

Deadlift (225/155)

Everyone starts at a different station and works at the same time. The first round consists of each athlete doing one rep at each station. The second round is 2 reps at each station, and so forth. Athletes cannot rotate to the next station until the whole team is ready to rotate.
