Banded Shoulder (1 min each side)

Banded Hip (1 min each side)

Couch (1min each side)

15min: Clean Complex (7×1)

7×1 Three Position Clean (power position, hang, floor) + Jerk – work to a max complex for the day, rest as needed
*The 1 in 7×1 is equal to the 3 position Clean and 1 Jerk

15min: Snatch Balance (1 RM)

*workup to a 1RM
