Warm-up (No Measure)

200 m run

3 rounds of:

5 push ups

5 knee raises

5 squat jumps


Banded Shoulder

15 min EMOM

15 min EMOM

Min 1: 5 Hang Power Cleans

Min 2: 5 Front Squats

Min 3: 5 Push Jerk

….and repeat until 15 min mark

*chose your own weight but must be the same for all 3 movements

*all movements from the ground

10 min rest

5 min

Metcon (Weight)

5 min EMOM

30 Double Unders

3 Cleans (with same weight as above)
