100 Cal Row/100 Med Ball Sit Ups 20/14

80 Cal Row/80 Push Ups

60 Cal Row/60 Deadlifts 115/75

40 Cal Row/40 Shoulder to Overhead 115/75

20 Cal Row/20 Back Squats 115/75


*both athletes can work at the same time but must complete a pair of movements before moving to next (for example teammate 1 does cal row while athlete 2 does sit ups and can switch anytime)
