3 Hang Power Snatch (75/45)

3 Toes to Bar

15 DU’s

6 Hang Power Snatch (75/45)

6 Toes to Bar

30 DU’s

9 Hang Power Snatch (75/45)

9 Toes to Bar

45 DU’s

....and so on

*each partner completes a full round before tagging

*add 3 reps for snatch and t2b movement and 15 DU’s per round

*every time their is a rep change that counts as a round
